Bust-A-Nut Cookies
Ingredients
- 2-1/4 cups AP Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 Sticks Salted Butter, Softened
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 cups Chopped Pecans
- 1-1/2 cups Chopped Pecans
- 1/4 cup Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
- Step 1. Preheat oven to 350°.
- Step 2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl stir and set aside.
- Step 3. Using a hand mixer, beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla in large bowl until creamy.
- Step 4. Fold in flour mixture just until blended.
- Step 5. Scoop onto baking sheet (makes about 2 dozen cookies)
- Step 6. Bake 14 - 17 Minutes
