Bust-A-Nut Cookies

Ingredients

• 2-1/4 cups AP Flour
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Baking Soda
• 2 Sticks Salted Butter, Softened
• 3/4 cup Sugar
• 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
• 2 Eggs
• 1 tsp Vanilla extract
• 1-1/2 cups Chopped Pecans
• 1-1/2 cups Chopped Pecans
• 1/4 cup Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions

• Step 1. Preheat oven to 350°.
• Step 2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl stir and set aside.
• Step 3. Using a hand mixer, beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla in large bowl until creamy.
• Step 4. Fold in flour mixture just until blended.
• Step 5. Scoop onto baking sheet (makes about 2 dozen cookies)
• Step 6. Bake 14 - 17 Minutes
